After spending most of my life, being obese and tried every diet in the book, in 2016 I plucked up the courage and underwent a gastric sleeve in Turkey. having this procedure was the biggest gift I could have given myself,my quality of life completely changed for the better.
I even started addressing my age rather than going for loose frumpy clothes that made me look older.
